TRAINING COURSES
As always, we are happy to give customers support about individual features of Cosmetic Companion. As the 'Tips and Tricks' section on the website grows, we hope the answers to many of these questions will be found there. However, the questions we are often asked are more far-reaching than can be covered in a phone call, so we are now offering a few courses to help customers understand how to get the best from Companion. We have provided a set of comprehensive HELP videos showing hot to use specific features, but they do not, in themselves, provide a user with a picture of how they all the features fit together.

TRAINING
So, we decided to offer online training sessions, broken down into the three Companion modules, so that users can choose which modules they would like to learn about and how they will help with running their business, being more efficient and more professional.

EDUCATION
This is about understanding how the Companion Suite fits into their operating practices and how it helps in running a successful, profitable business.
TRAINING
Training is available for each module of the Companion suite. The prices of the training sessions are very reasonable, being a contribution to the costs of our time spent giving the online course. For us, providing these training sessions is not about making a profit, but rather supporting and coaching users through the modules.

Depending on the module being covered, there will either be handled by one or two people on the call from our end. The user chooses the duration of the call, probably based on their experience. Purchase a session in the SHOP and then we will organise with you a suitable time.

120 minutes (£25.00) to comprehensively cover the module. Particularly aimed at the less experienced user.

EDUCATION
The Education module is aimed at the commercial side of things, showing how Cosmetic Companion Suite can support you in developing and running a successful, profitable business. As with training sessions you can go to the SHOP and purchase a session (120minutes / £25.00). You will receive an email asking about areas you would like to cover, send your response to us, and we will organise a session with you.
