KEEPING TRACK OF HOW THE SALES OF YOUR PRODUCTS ARE GOING

SELLING YOUR PRODUCTS

Once you have produced products it is time to start logging their sales. The sales price will have been set after you have completed the Costing and Pricing stage, although you can alter this, perhaps to reflect a discounted price for a bigger sale. You can see the sales of the product, the recipe and the total sales.

The Production module sales function will not allow you to sell beyond the inventory level, without producing more product.
The Point of Sale(POS) module is a more sophisticated way of entering sales. The module copes with customers, invoicing and much more.
SALES AND STOCK ANALYSIS

The detailed sales analysis report shows all recipes and products. By starting with the best selling products you have the chance to consider whether further production is required. An alternative view is to look at the stock and compare stock against sales. This information allows you to consider whether some sales promotion might be needed to move product where stock is high.
