PRODUCING PRODUCTS, ADDING THEM INTO STOCK AND PRODUCING A BATCH LOG

PRODUCTION

PRODUCTION.jpeg

When preparing to produce products, Cosmetic Companion will refer back to the batch size in the recipe and the size of the packaging specified.  From this the number of products that would be produced.  Specifying the number of batches to produce enables the checking for materials.  A wastage factor incurred in production can also be added in.

Having checked quantities of materials for the production a warning will appear for items where there is insufficient stock. Once all materials are in stock the product can be produced.  This step will automatically take the user on to produce a batch log.

If the ingredient has been used anywhere in producing products the last used information will be shown.  If no new stock has been purchased then save the batch log into the document library, otherwise the details need to changed first.
